1. The service

Wedding Crossword provides an online tool to create custom wedding crossword puzzles and download PDFs based on the information you submit.

2. Accounts and access

• You sign in using Google through Supabase authentication.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access secure.
• Provide accurate information so we can fulfill your order and support requests.

3. Orders and payments

• Prices and product details are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Creem. We do not store your card details.
• After payment confirmation, you can download your files from your account.

4. Your content

• You retain ownership of the words, clues, names, and images you upload.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and generate the crossword files you request.
• You confirm you have the rights to any images or content you upload.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service or attempt to access other users' data.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not interfere with the security or performance of the service.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or improve the service from time to time.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Wedding Crossword is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
